The Falls

Morning came, we put away our wet tent, ate breakfast in the car and headed onto Wells Gray Provincial Park. I dreaded the rain but the mosquitoes were more miserable in my opinion and thanked the water for keeping them away. As we trailed towards the falls, the rain stopped.
The sun came cheering through as if to welcome us.
Canim Falls: one of the two waterfalls at Wells Gray.
It's further into the park but worth the short walk. Can you see the rainbow?
Some growths on the bark higher up on the trees...
and on the bark closer to the ground.
Covered with mosquito bites we quickly returned to the car to visit Mahood Lake.
