Hydrangeas Everlasting

After strolling past garden after garden of fresh blooms, I could not help but notice these skeletal remains of Hydrangeas from last winter. I think what caught my eye are its simple papery forms, void of color, yet still standing strong.

  1. I love hydrangeas and I have some beautiful blue ones in this new house, so faded now, but they are still beatiful.

  2. The colours in the last two photos are stunning. I love hydrangeas, and have a little clump growing between a walkway and fence. They delight me all year round.

  4. Kate, P.K. and Nicola: I had no idea hydrangeas are so well liked! Some of you are so lucky to have them growing in your garden.

  5. I am so in love with dried hydrangeas! I have a few pics too. But I love the bushy parts on these...the ones here were still too full...
