The Impromptu Concert

The impromptu concert we attended at the
end of the week was the highlight and a great
conclusion to a busy few days. Hey Rosetta!
opened the show, much to the crowd's delight,
a spectator was seen waving the flag of
Newfoundland and Labrador. As the fans
cheered and sang to Red Heart, we all knew
in just a few songs it would be time to welcome
Stars to the stage. An unexpected highlight, band
members of Hey Rosetta! appeared on stage to
Hold on when you get love and let go when you give it.

Dressed in cut off sweatshirts and headbands their
dance moves unsophisticated and simply amusing,
I could not stop chuckling, with much of the audience
in the same predicament. The light show was
incredible, we quite enjoyed the music though
we would have preferred it so much more if
it wasn't so loud... Regardless it has been
quite some time since we attended any kind of
performance so this is a change that's warmly received.
